Founded in 1999 in Beijing as the regional office of North China, Rockwood Beijing Branch takes charge of core management such as operation, marketing and network building in north, northwest and northeast China.
Through years of efforts, we have established an operation network surrounding Bohai area centered in Beijing-tianjin, and taking north and northeast China as side wings. Meanwhile, we have expanded our network to northeast China such as Shannxi, Shanxi, Inn Mongolia. As the center of the network, Rockwood Beijing is well equipped and has a highly qualified working team. We set offices at the Capital Airport, Chaoyang Port, Xingang port, Tianjin which offer considerate and efficient logistic services of import and export business by air and sea freight with our high level staff, and well equipped facilities such as warehouse and transportation vehicles.
Presently Rockwood Beijing has over 50 staff who are systemically trained and have high level of professional knowledge and quality. As a scientifically managed and soundly organizational corporation, Rockwood Beijing is composed of six departments: International Logistics, Domestics Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, Accounting and Administration Department. The managers who are all experienced with international logistic operations and management skills are capable of leading their staff to meet various of requests of clients with our good service. In order to provide our clients first classed and individualized service, our company set up the customer service center, which receives customers'instructions and enquiries,adjusts the running of Rockwood global logistic network, solves various of difficult problems in our service process, as well as improves our service level continuously.
