From Sep.22 to 24, 2007, the annual financial meeting of Rockwood Group in 2007 was held in Xiamen and was a complete success. Grace Lin, financial manager from Hong Kong Head office, Fanny Cheung, Angel Gu, Angell Jin, Amber from the secretarial group, as well as other 29 financial supervisors and colleagues attended the meeting.
This is a very active and relaxed meeting, some issues, such as how to speed up the checkout; timely submission of relevant financial reports; strengthen inspection of suspected dangerous goods; actively follow up money collection, strengthen the control of accounts receivable and how to take effective measures to reduce bad debt losses; financial part of new operating system are actively discussed in the meeting.
In order to promote better and faster development of the Group together, the head office also has higher demands and expectation to all financial work of each branch office.
