The enterprises COSCO、SINOTRANS、CMST、CRPE, which are powerful headship pay more attention to working scale and efficiency.
Liyang said, according to the promises to WTO, our internal logistics market has been opened completely to the whole world. Foreign enterprises such as FedEx, DHL, TNT and Maesk have taken the hi-tech market in carrier, air logistics and truck logistics in china at present. And our national logistics should expand the working scope and improve the working efficiency by dint of conformity of external wealth, and enter foreign markets.
Developing "production services" actively
Yangyi, the industrial investigation bureau director of commercial ministry figured out that the diversion of international services has become a hot issue nowadays. The MNC are mainly master of very little core business and high-incremented tache, and other non-cored businesses such as manufacture and logistics are dispatched out. Besides, Yangyi has said that according to the statistic of World Bank, the world services increase is 69% of the GDP in 2005; it's 72% in developed country and 52% in developing country, while only 40% in our country.
With the stable development of national economy, the demand of logistics is expanding rapidly in our country. If estimated to the data in "the eleventh five-year" time which shows that the annual average GDP increases for 8.5% and 16.7% for total amount of logistics, then to 2010, the logistics total amount will reach 90 trillion yuan, that will be twice of 2005.
Stepped over "the beginning time" already
In the first half year of 2007, the logistics shows a good development state. The logistics total amount has reached 33.8 trillion yuan, year-on-year rises of 25.5% and showed accelerated growth, the growth rate is obvious higher than the growth of GDP. At present, China's total logistics costs and GDP ratio year-on-year decline 0.1%, and logistics total increase in service industry accelerate to 17.9%.
Liyang, the director of beau of Economy Function, NDRC said, our country's logistics has stepped over "the beginning time" and shown many advantages.
First，the supply ability of logistics enterprises is improved obviously. Last year, among the 50 logistics enterprises, four of them have earned more than 10 billion yuan, and eight of them get more than 5 billion yuan, 14 of them get more than 1 billion.
Second, increment service has become the new spot of getting more benefit in logistics enterprises. Because of the up going of oil price, logistics enterprises are relying on the innovation of business mode. Circulation machining, packing and delivery increment services have realized 30% increase in 2006.
Besides, the combined development of logistics and manufacture has emerged recently. The manufacturers have got rid of the developing thought of " small and complete" . In 2006, the outsourcing of our key manufacturing enterprises achieved a growth of 5% to 10%, the outsourcing of transportation and storage achieved a growth of 10% to 15%, transportation which is care of the third party has reached 67.1% of the transportation industry.
