Customs: Moment for Actual Combat, Olympic First
Olympic customs service has entered the actual combat status since this April. The secretary of Party group and general director of the GAC indicates that the Olympic customs service involves not only six Olympic event customs and 17 main and spare airport, but also all the entry and exit port all around China. On the arrangement of manpower, time and work, adhere to Olympic first, rapid checking and release large quantity of Olympic materials under the premise of ensuring security.

Logistics and Express: Logistics center will startup on June.
The Olympic logistics center is located in Shunyi, Beijing, covers an area of 10,000 square meters, the logistics center is operated by Beijing Olympic logistics and express sponsor UPS, and will fully startup on June. The logistics center is in charge of the warehousing, distribution, customs clearance, security and asset management for all the Olympic materials, all these materials and express parcels must be checked before entering the venue. UPS will establish 4 express stores in athletes village, media village, the Main Press Center and International Broadcasting Centre.

Capital Airport: T3 terminal open up a new country door
One of the most important supporting project of Beijing Olympic games, T3 terminal of capital airport will offer easy and considerate service during the flow peak of 5.56 million passengers.
The world largest monomer terminal is 2900 meters long from south to north, 790 meters wide, and 45 meters high, covers the total construction area of 986,000 square feet。Overlooking from the air, the terminal looks like a huge dragon lies on the northeast of Beijing, which greatly eased the overload status of capital airport. The capital airport become the first airport that 3 terminals, twin towers and 3 runways operate together in China, daily flight taking off and landing capacity add to 1700 to 1800 from 1000. The world largest airplane A380 will take off and land here on August implement the Olympic direct flight from Beijing to Singapore.

Post office: no acceptance of liquid
To ensure the security during the Olympic games, the State Post Bureau issued the notice of strengthening the mail acceptance and transporting management, from 1st, June to 31st, Oct, all the post office branches are prohibited acceptance of liquid, chemical, powder, electrical and mechanical devices, blocks (paste) similar to soap, unknown metal, and hermetic devices with unknown gas or liquid; including EMS and packages.
Perfume, shampoo, oil, syrup are involved in the prohibition as well. All the mails will be 100% checked and mails sent to Olympic event cities such as Beijing and Qingdao should be checked more strictly.

Traffic in Beijing: vehicle restricted, no entry of trucks
From July, Beijing will take measures of odd and even numbers to limit social vehicles, control yellow mark vehicles and 50%-70% vehicles of the party，government and enterprises.
During the Olympic games, Beijing will increase 1800 buses, the first period of No.10 rail line，Olympic line and airport line will try to be put in use on June to ensure people's travelling.
From July 1st to Sep 20th, vehicles passing through Beijing will be banned from entering the 5th and 6th loop line and should by way of Heibei.
Hebei province will take effective measures to avoid traffic jams which include separate way for buses and trucks, compound toll and adjacent toll to control traffic flow. And at the same time, traffic information board will be installed on the highway, toll station and service area will issue, post and provide free Olympic route map, highway traffic map of Hebei province for convenient.
