On March 21, 2009, Rockwood Group held its annual financial meeting in Shenzhen. Twenty-nine financial personnel from all the branches took part in this meeting which was chaired by Grace, the Group's Chief Financial Officer.
The main purposes of the meeting are as follows:
(1) Talking about the ways to make sure the safe payment receiving;
(2) Summing up the operational specifications and sharing the operational skills of the financial softwares;
(3) Discussing how to improve the efficiency of financial operations and the ability to control risks at the current time of economic crisis.
The meeting not only gave a clear financial aim of the company in 2009 to all the participants, but also strengthened the communication between the head office and the branches. Moreover, it was also very helpful to improve the group's financial management in the long term.
