The nearest dock is only 0.8 km away from the Park, and Tianjin Binhai Int’l Airport is 30km from it. The extended road of Jingjintang highway leads to the park directly, which shorten our distance with the various industrial parks in Beijing and Hebei Province. Driving from our warehouse, it spends only 1 hour to Lanfang Economic and Technology Development Area, and 1.5 hour to Beijing Economic and Technology Development Area. Preferential Policies
Rockwood Group Tianjin Bonded Logistics Base locates in the bonded logistics park(BLP), which enjoys preferential polices as “inside the borders, outside the customs”.
Inbound cargo enjoys customs bonding policy when they enter BLP. During this procedure, no import tax or duty is required, no customs certificate is required, no commodity inspection is needed. Only when the cargo exit BLP and enter domestic areas, import customs declaration is required. At this time, it is considered as real import.
Domestic cargo entering BLP is considered as export. As soon as export customs procedure is finished, exporters can go ahead for VAT refund process. When the cargo leaves BLP and go outbound China, there is no need to do export customs declaration, instead, only a customs register procedure is needed.
Cargo flow insider BLP is free from VAT and excise.
BLP enjoys both port functions and free trade zone policies. Import and Export via Xingang can be delivered directly from and to the port with only one time customs register, which makes the operation convenient and efficient.
Advanced Facilities and Equipment
Building area of the warehouse is over 10000M2，including racks for more than 10000 standard pallets and over 6000M2 flat storage area with two floors. The ground is able to bear 7.5ton per sqm. The warehouse has 3 entrance and 3 exits which can handle 960KT cargo in and out the warehouse per day at full load. A tally platform with lifting decks and various tonnages loading equipment can raise cargo loading and unloading rate greatly. The warehouse has high standard fire protection system and wetness control system, which enable our warehouse suit for various cargo storage requirements.

The warehouse software system of Rockwood Group Tianjin Bonded Logistics Base combined Customer Order System, Customs Declaration System, Stock System and Distribution System. It makes it possible to record and track the whole processing for orders and cargoes, also to give orders and inquiries from website. Export Consolidation
We offer our customers professional bonded export consolidation service. Comparing with normal export consolidation, we can help customers get rid of complicated procedures of changing vessel and re-arrange export customs declaration. International Distribution
We offer distribution service for international trading goods and international transit goods. Goods from different countries and areas are collected to our warehouse, afterwords, we arrange sorting, deconsolidation, reconsolidation, repacking, labeling etc, and then send out the cargo to their final destination.
Bonded Exhibiton
Takeing advantage of the unique policy, we open exhibition in side the BLP and invite overseas suppliers to join us. All the exhibiton products here are free from import tax and duty without time limit, so the suppliers don’t have to arrange customs declaration for temporary import goods. The products can stay inside BLP as long as they want.
